During the therapy process, you will learn more about yourself, how to set boundaries, and create the life you desire. You might feel nervous at first, which is completely normal, but trust is built over time. As our sessions continue, you will feel more comfortable with me.
I believe your journey is yours alone, but I can be a support to walk alongside you and help you uncover what is holding you back. I will thoughtfully listen and sometimes challenge you. I will be honest and direct because I believe to be clear is to be kind.

I work with teens and adults that are seeking support. This can include help with relationships, stress, anxiety or self-esteem issues. Every individual has unique needs and I will tailor my approach to match them. See my Focus Areas page for more detail.

Step 1: Fill out the consultation contact form. I’ll get back to you within two business days via email to schedule a free 15 minute phone call.
Step 2: If we decide we are a good match, we will schedule your first session. I will send along intake paperwork for you to complete before we meet.
Step 3: You will attend your first session. We will go over your intake paperwork together and start building a foundation by getting to know one another.
